Booking Fee

Booking fees are non-refundable. We’ll do our best to accommodate one reschedule per booking, provided you notify us at least 3 working days ahead of time. If not, your photoshoot will be canceled, and the booking fee will be retained. Please arrive on time at the agreed-upon location, as sessions cannot exceed the allocated time. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your shoot will be canceled, and the booking fee will be retained. Additionally, if an incomplete address is provided, the time spent searching will be deducted from your photoshoot time. By paying your booking fee, you agree to our Terms & Conditions.

In-Home Shoots

Your session begins when we arrive on-site. Time spent on showering, dressing, and makeup will be subtracted from your session time. Please make sure you and your family are prepared and ready to start shooting at the agreed-upon time.

Shoot Durations

All photo sessions, except for Newborn and events, are scheduled for a duration of one hour unless stated otherwise. We strive to provide a streamlined and efficient experience for our clients. If you have specific timing preferences or requirements, please communicate them in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Gallery Lead Time

Kindly be aware that the lead time for all galleries is a minimum of 10 working days. It is advisable to plan ahead if you have a specific date in mind for sharing your images. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a timely and seamless process.

After Your Shoot

Following your photography session, we will promptly download and edit the images, providing you with a ‘Selection Gallery.’ These images will bear watermarks, allowing you to choose your favorites by simply clicking the star on the image. Please inform us once you have finalized your selection. Please note that no images will be released until the full payment for your shoot has been received. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Studio Etiquette

Our commitment to quality extends to the significant investment we make in our equipment and props. For the safety of all, kindly ensure that your children are supervised while in the studio. Please be aware that any damage to equipment or props during your session will incur associated costs, for which you will be held responsible.
