Booking fees are NON REFUNDABLE.
    If you can’t make your booking, we’ll try our best to accommodate a reschedule.
    Only one reschedule per booking is allowed.
    Please arrive on time at the agreed location. There are often bookings immediately after your session, and we cannot run over time.
    If you arrive more than 25 minutes past your booking time, your shoot will be canceled, and your booking fee will be retained.

In-home shoots

    Your session starts when we arrive on-site. Time spent on showering, dressing, and makeup will be deducted from your session time.
    Ensure that you and your family are READY TO SHOOT at the agreed time.

Shoot Durations

    All shoots, except for Newborn and events, are ONE hour in duration unless otherwise specified.

Gallery Lead Time

    PLEASE TAKE NOTE: The lead time for all galleries is a minimum of 10 working days. Plan in advance if you wish to share images on a specific date.

After Your Shoot

    After your shoot, we will download and edit the images and send you a “Selection Gallery.” These images are watermarked, and you can select your favorites by clicking the STAR on the image.
    Notify us once you have completed your selection.
    NO images will be released until the full amount for your shoot has been paid.

Tips and Suggestions for Shooting with Babies, Toddlers, and Children

    It’s essential to prepare your children for the shoot. Make sure they’ve had a meal and a nap before the session.
    Kindly bring refreshments, especially for outdoor shoots.

Studio Etiquette

    We invest heavily in our equipment and props.
    Please ensure that your children are supervised in the studio at all times.
    Note that if any equipment or props are damaged during your shoot, you will be held responsible for the associated costs.
